Yes. Hotel Felix welcomes pets under 50 lbs in select pet-friendly rooms. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay, and guests will be asked to complete a pet agreement at check-in.

No. Hotel Felix is a non-smoking hotel. Guests who smoke in their room, or show any signs of smoking in the room, will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.

A designated smoking area is available outside the hotel.

Yes. Pre-arrival luggage storage is available with the front desk team at no cost.

Post-departure luggage storage is available for $5 per bag, plus tax. Bags stored one or more days after departure are subject to a $10 per bag, per day fee.

Yes. Hotel Felix can accept mail and packages before your arrival. The name on the package must match the name on the guest reservation.

Packages received on the day of arrival are complimentary. Packages received one or more days before arrival are subject to a $5 per package, per day fee.

Post-departure package storage is not available. Hotel Felix will not accept or hold packages for departed guests or individuals who are not registered hotel guests. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender.

Yes. Hotel Felix offers select suites with three beds, including Two Bedroom Suites, Three Bedroom Suites, High Floor Two Bedroom Suites, and High Floor Three Bedroom Suites. These room types can sleep up to 6 or 8 guests, depending on the suite.

A daily Urban Fee of $28 plus tax is added to all reservations. This fee helps us provide the best possible experience and accommodations for our valued guests throughout their stay.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

Early check-in may be available based on hotel availability. A fee may apply before 2:00 PM, and a full night’s rate may apply for arrivals before 7:00 AM.

Late check-out may also be available. A $30 fee applies after 1:00 PM, and a full night’s rate applies after 3:00 PM.
