Best Rate Guarantee
When you book directly with Hotel Felix, you will always receive the best published rate available online on our website. We do not charge booking fees and you will always have the flexibility of making date changes.
If you do find a lower published rate for the same rate type, dates, room type, policies, restrictions etc. within 24 hours of booking your room, we will match that rate. In order to receive this adjustment please send an email a screenshot of the confirmation page displaying rate, dates and room type to Carrie Friduss in addition to any other pertinent information on the booking site, such as the date and time you viewed the lower rate.
Urban Fee
Hotel Felix Chicago is all about reimagining the urban experience. Starting July 1st, 2023, a daily urban fee of $22.00 plus tax will be added to all reservations in addition to your current nightly rate. Our urban fee allows us to ensure that we are providing the best accommodation for our valued guests.

Debit Card Users
A $75.00 pre-authorization will be placed on your card at check in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including, but not limited to: parking and food and beverage charges, and Urban Fees. Funds will be held as a ‘pending charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused funds is reversed back to your bank institution within 7-10 business days after check out, depending on your banking institution.
We DO NOT accept Cash Deposits.
Early/Late Requests
CHECK IN: 3:00PM
Early check-in fee is $30 before tax before 1pm, based on hotel availability at time of check in.
Luggage storage is available with our front desk team at no cost for guests that have red-eye flights.
CHECK OUT: 12:00PM (Noon)
Late check out fee is $30 after 1pm, and a full night’s rate if guests stay after 3pm

Parking
Self-Parking facilities are available around the hotel. The nearest self-parking facility is at 671 North Clark Street. Self-parking spots are not guaranteed due to limited parking spaces.

Pet Policy
We love our furry little friends!For those traveling with pets under 50lbs, we charge an additional non-refundable pet fee, per stay ($50.00), as well as ask you to sign a “pet parent” agreement for the duration of your stay. Please contact us when booking to secure a pet-friendly room.
Smoking Policy
Hotel Felix is a non-smoking hotel. Guests who smoke in their room, and/or show any indication that smoking has occurred in their room, will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. A smoking area is provided outside the hotel. For more information, see the Smoke-free Illinois Act.
Age Requirement
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check into the hotel. Valid identification will be needed at the time of check in.
