Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Some rates may require a deposit as indicated and as such a Deposit Policy will be enforced.
Cancellation Policy:
Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your arrival date, however special discounts and packages may have a cancellation policy that varies from 48 hours to 72 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations done within the above mentioned window will result in one nights room and tax penalty. The only exception to this rule are Advance Purchase or special event bookings which are non-refundable for the entire stay.
