Travel Information: COVID-19 Update

We recognize right now is an especially stressful time for traveling. We, like you, are monitoring the news closely surrounding COVID-19 (For more information) and want to ensure the utmost safety and well-being of our guests and staff. We are actively enforcing social distancing. Parties or gatherings in guest rooms or common areas areas are not permitted. ONLY registered guests will be allowed to access the elevator and guest room.

Safety and Hygiene Practices 
All staff must have their temperature checked prior to starting their shift
*We have installed new hand sanitizers throughout public and back of the house locations
*Public touch points, such as handrails, elevator buttons, door handles, knobs are cleaned multiple times a day
*Surfaces such as the front desk, restaurant counters, and dining tables are wiped regularly with disinfectant
*Turn-Down service currently is not being offered
*Stay-Over rooms are not being serviced due to the safety of our staff as well as our guests

Need to Reschedule?

We are amending our standard cancellation policy for the time being. You can reschedule or cancel your stay up to 24 hours prior to arrival through July 31, 2020. If you need to make an adjustment, contact our reservations team at 877.848.4040.

Food & Beverage Outlets
Troquet (French Bistro), Taketai and Room Service is currently closed at this time.  Feel free to order from our sister property next door, I|O Godfrey Chicago they are open from 6am-8pm daily with pick-up GRAB & GO, food & beverage options.

During off hours we recommend Grubhub, Uber Eats, Kitchen United or any food delivery service.
